As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, my mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care that is accessible, respectful, and rooted in both clinical excellence and genuine human connection."

I’m Stephanie Meiz, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through their mental health journeys — no matter where they’re starting from. I offer telehealth-based psychiatric care that’s flexible, confidential, and designed to meet you right where you are.

Alongside my clinical work, I’m also proud to serve the Muslim community, creating a safe space for clients seeking culturally-sensitive and faith-aligned support. Whether you're looking for therapy that honors your values, or simply need someone to walk beside you with compassion and respect, I'm here to help — regardless of your background, faith, or where you are in life.

1. ​What insurances do you accept?:

   We currently accept:

 2. Do you offer self-pay options?

Yes. We offer private pay rates for clients without insurance. Just let us know and we’ll provide transparent, upfront pricing. No surprise fees.

3.Do you see clients who aren’t Muslim?

Absolutely. This is a safe and welcoming space for everyone, regardless of religion, identity, or background.

4. Do you offer Islamic-based therapy?

Yes. For clients who request it, we can offer faith-sensitive support rooted in Islamic values — including integration of du’a, spiritual reflections, and culturally-aware understanding.
We never force faith into sessions — it’s only included if YOU want it to be.

5. Is everything virtual?

Yes! All appointments are done via secure, HIPAA-compliant video — no commuting, no waiting rooms, just convenient, confidential care.

6. Do you work with teens and children?

Yes. We provide therapy and evaluations for children, teens, and adults.

7.Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I can evaluate, prescribe, and manage medication if it’s part of your treatment plan.  We always discuss options together, and nothing is ever forced.

8. Can I just do therapy without medication?

Definitely. Therapy-only support is always available and encouraged if that’s what feels right for you.

9. What kinds of conditions do you treat?

We work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including:
